We are now offering Financial Relief Loans to qualified Emerald Coast FCU members who are experiencing a job loss or reduction in work hours due to COVID-19. 

Loan amounts up to $2,500 are available, no payments for 90 days, with a 5.00% Annual Percentage Rate, and a term of 24 months. 
Loan subject to credit approval; certain restrictions apply.

The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of Emerald Coast Federal Credit Union continue to monitor the latest updates regarding coronavirus disease (COVID-19). We want to reassure you that we’re here to help with any financial services you need during these difficult times. You can count on Emerald Coast FCU to be there for you.

Access to your money

The safest and easiest way to access your money 24 hours a day during this outbreak is through our online banking services. If you do not have it on your mobile phone, now is a good time to download our app (available for both Apple and Android devices, visit the App Store® or Google Play® and search for Emerald Coast FCU Mobile). To have access to mobile banking you will need to be enrolled in our home banking service, Virtual Branch. To sign up for home banking visit our website www.emeraldcoastfcu.com and click First Time User under the Online Banking Login.

Our home banking and mobile app includes these additional services:

  • Online Bill Pay, pay bills right from your computer or phone

  • Popmoney®, a service that lets you “Pay Other People” anywhere, anytime using only their email address, mobile phone number, or bank account number

  • A2A or Account2Account, a service that enables you to transfer money between your accounts at Emerald Coast FCU and accounts you may have at other financial institutions.

If you need to visit one of our branches, our dedicated staff stands ready to help with any needs. While our lobbies are now closed, we encourage you to use the drive through or ATMs. Our drive throughs are open normal operating hours for most of your transactional needs. ATMs located at Publix Supermarkets are also available surcharge-free to Emerald Coast FCU members.

We also offer TellerLine, your 24-hour teller available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Contact us for access information to take advantage of this “helpful” teller. TellerLine can be accessed by calling 1-800-579-8230.

And we offer online loan applications. Simply visit our website www.emeraldcoastfcu.com and click on Apply For A Loan.

Financial Assistance

If you’ve been financially impacted by this pandemic due to a reduction in your work hours or because your place of employment has closed, our staff is prepared to discuss your options and help guide you through these uncertain times. Now, more than ever, we are here to support members like you. We have programs in place that may help you with these difficulties including extensions on consumer loan payments, reduced mortgage payments, waiving penalties on early withdrawals from share certificates, and more for those that qualify. Contact us and we will evaluate each member’s needs on a case by case basis.

Protect yourself from cyber scams

It is important to note that if we reach out to you, we will NEVER ask for confidential information such as your name, password, personal identification number (PIN) or other account information. You can review the Federal Trade Commission’s advice for consumers to protect yourself from scams.

We are working diligently to ensure we are utilizing the best health practices during this pandemic and staying up to date on the latest protocols and recommendations from public health authorities. Annual Meeting

We are also choosing to follow safety recommendations by postponing our Annual Meeting until further notice. Though we were looking forward to spending the evening with our members, taking the necessary precautions to protect everyone’s health is our priority at this time. We look forward to sharing this event with you later in the year.
