Core Conversion


IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ! Over the last few months, Emerald Coast FCU has been working behind the scenes to bring you the most advanced financial services and products in the marketplace. We are pleased to announce that we will be converting to a new core computer system on September 2, 2019. Please make note of the conversion dates listed and plan accordingly.
Thank you for your patience as we bring new services to you.


Important Dates:

August 29th

  • Access to Virtual Branch Online Banking and Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning at 4:00PM Eastern

August 30th

  • Normal business day at all Credit Union branches

  • Beginning at 5:00PM Eastern all debit cards will be available with limitations and our Online Banking, Mobiliti App, and CardValet will go offline.

September 2nd 

  • Labor Day, Credit Union is closed in observance of the holiday. Conversion goes into effect.

 September 3rd

  • All Credit Union branches will be open and running on the new system

  • Access to our Online Banking & Bill Pay system will resume, as well as, our Mobiliti App and CardValet App.

  • Access to our Home Banking & Bill Pay system will resume

  • All debit cards will resume normal function


Our ATMs will be functioning throughout the holiday weekend for deposits and withdrawals but balance inquiries and transfers will not be available until Sept. 3rd.

Please note, all previously scheduled bill payments will process as usual throughout the conversion. However, if you have bill payments that are due around that weekend, please allow extra time for those payments to reach their destinations. Due to the computer changeover some bill payments may process as paper checks that will be mailed to your merchants instead of processing electronically. Once the conversion is completed, those bill payments will return to normal function.

When you log into our Online Banking and Bill Pay system beginning Sept. 3rd, you will see a new and upgraded format with new services available for you to enroll in. These new services are - PopMoney, a person to person transfer service; A2A, an account to account transfer service from your accounts here to your accounts at other financial institutions; and electronic statements.

TellerLine Users: The audio response system will be offline for the conversion over the Labor Day holiday weekend and resume normal function on Sept. 3rd. To gain access following the conversion, TellerLine will prompt you to enter your complete savings account number (without the dash) and your PIN will be the last four digits of the primary accountholder’s SSN. Please note that the phone number to call TellerLine will change to 1.800.579.8230 following the conversion.
